Properties owner and manager seems to be very rude and did not attended with normal behaviour. In room there was no towel, ac is not good and also water is not available in washroom. Proper soap not provided

Aroma hotel has classes much lower than 3rd class of number 1, there are nothing worse than that, this hotel is built on the bypass of Electricity Bulb of Meerut, its name is Surya Collection Aroma hotel, it is giving rooms to local couples with some ID, without any original ID in hard copy and their staff behaves rudely with those who are booking online, they say we did the books, there were 2 people in Make my trip, both were males, one had original ID, one did not have a pass, Make my trip first made us wait for 1 hour, then they conferenced me with Oyo, I said if it is not possible then refund my refund, if not then get it done, they said if refund will not be refunded It is not in our policy that you have to give your original ID, tell me. Food is very bad, room is ok but their is no queen size bad as mentioned their is two small beds in room, and not feels couple friendly
