Room were terrible washroom was not clean room was very dirty, there were mosquito and ants. There was pan spits all around the room there was no toiletries in the room, no towels. The housekeeping use the toilet brush to clean everything in then washroom even the washbasin. Unliveable environment. Respection tried to charge extra. Worst experience ever.

Room service was poor, and he is charge extra 150 rs for checkin, i ask for water no one coming, it was bad experience

This is not hotel but the hell

businessBreakfast was not ready. But i paid money through makemytrip. Room is really dirty. Blanket was not washed even 1 time. I couldn't sleep due to terrible smell of blanket and huge mosquito. Dear makemytrip members, never use this terrible hotel. It will show your what the real nightmate is.
When i arrived, hotel staffs didnt know that i booked. Room was really dirty. Hotel provides me with blanket. It has not been washed even 1 time. I couldn't sleep for even 1 hour due to terrible smell of blanket and bug e mosquito. Also i paid for breakfast. But i couldnt eat. The cook didnt come. Dear makemytrip members, never use this hotel. You will meet the real nightmare in this hell.
