1.No water available at hotel. 2.I booked complementary breakfast,but hotel has refused to serve,they have not started the kitchen yet. 3.Bathroom is not clean.

Good things are that it is cheap and generous staff. Bad things are that cleanliness is a big concern, no in house restaurant, no elevators, and not good for family stay. Location of hotel is terrible.

I was skeptic while booking the hotel but after entering inside the Hotel it felt really good it's value for money at this budget. because room was well maintained neat and clean with a locker space or dressing table with a large bathroom. bathroom especially was quite good neat and clean and spacious enough. main attraction is the staff. Prashant and his boys are really above the mark. they are really service oriented and doesn't hesitate to answer 100 questions. They also guided me to the near by restaurant. ironed my clothes and was very friendly. as we know, not every staff in hospitality industry behave nicely. many has attitudes. but these guys are exceptional. Both hotel management and the staff needs appreciation. Also. hotel is located at a very safe place. just a stone throw away from viman nagar entrance of Air force station. Good restaurants Salon wine shop fruit shop medical shop everything is nearby.. Next time if I am coming to Viman Nagar I will not think twice.

Very good hotel. friendly staff. The rooms are clean. chilled AC. big bathrooms. big hotel. all rooms are full. security point of view no issues.

This hotel is very decent for a short stay. I stayed for 1 day. Location is also good and accessible.

Disturbing environment, no geyser for hot water. Solar heated water from 6 to 12.

I think it wasn't too bad for staying, but looking at the prices this Hotel asks, it's not Worth the money. It's ok for couple stays though.

The Hotel was good with service, it was bit difficult to find location of Hotel but fine to get.

Not perfect since there were no dustbins in the flat. However, it's close to airport and waking distance to mall. Hotel seems renovated recently. They were decently professional.

The stay was good. Hotel staff was also very co-operative. Room was spacious and clean.

It was good experience over all. The only draw back was no food. Hope next time we get to enjoy room service as well.

It was neat and clean with good service

No lifts for high floor. My room was on the 5th floor.

The room was nice and clean, the staff was very courteous. Helped us several times with the bookings Ola and Uber. No restaurant in the Hotel but the front office staff was ready to order anything required. Convenient as the Hotel was very close to the Airport.

Rooms are average and washrooms are not clean check before check-in, food is good.

Very poor facilities, no hospitality at all and attitude of reception guys was horrible. There is no restaurant in the hotel food is being brought from outside. Hotel is very over priced for the size of room they are offering and is congested.
