The food was terrible, poor hygiene in the hotel premises, rooms were not well cleaned, staff untrained.

alpine is a terrible hotels ....old property...it's like Dharamshala......not even stay there for free.

Room service was delayed. Room was dirty. Sheets and curtains were not cleaned properly. High Tariff as compared to amenities offered. Limited options in buffet.

No swimming pool and spa facility was available. Hotel staff admitted this and said they’ll will arrange swimming facility at adjacent hotel..pathetic services.

Food and location is good but facilities are average

Good and pleasant stay...location of the property is good and food is also good...only issue Wi-Fi not working properly...room has very lovely view...DJ on the top floor is cherry on the cake...

I liked the location of the resort . The staff was well behaved and cordial . The price of food items on room service was very high . Considering the resort was a 3 star , the food prices were much higher .

The property is very good and is located on top of the hill, The staff are very supportive. there is a little improvement we feel is required. the room cleaning can be little improved. All the very best, we will book again in case we revisit.

comfortable stay, Premium room size is optimum with extra bed (optional) also, Washroom also clean, Bed linen needs to be worked upon as those had lot of stains, all rooms have value view, the higher the room better the view, Food at terrace restaurant is also good

The property is located around 3-4 km before lansdowne main town and is well connected. The resort boasts of an amazing pool, however, it is located at the adjacent resort called blue pine, which is almost like a sister concern of this mentioned property, which was kind of a bummer. The food was okay, and could be improved. Overall, a decent place, but needs upgradation.

It was a very well maintained and nice resort, service was prompt and the location was also good. The alpine and blue pine are owned by the same, so you can use the facilities of blue pine like adventure park, swimming pool as both resorts are adjacent

Nice hotel with great food and location. The valley view from the room was breathtaking and the surroundings were serene and peaceful.

I visited with family with 1 very young baby. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Food was very good and we didn't need to go out for anything. Location is very good and views are amazing as well. Will visit again definately.
