Chanduka Palace(300 mtr from Jagannath temple)

Came with my friend and his family. Rooms were excellent and we'll furnished. Just need to get SmartTV in room!!

Good stay. suitable for only temple visits . a/c fan and water facility available. no food available in hotel

rooms were to small. shared washrooms are not enough for a single floor. Many rooms in one floor. Borders should be informed bofere they ask for another washroom in a floor

The room was super tight compact.. had no wardrobes. You can’t event walk around the bed…

i was duped by the reviews, so be very careful with this hotel. Firstly the location is very inside and not as promised. it's neither closer to the temple, nor closer to the beach. it does not have car parking and car does not go to the hotel door. we had to park our car in temple multilevel parking and hire auto-rickshaws for all our local travels. you will need to drag your trolley bags for a long distance and will find no help from the hotel. then comes next, multiple power failures and the hotel does not have power backups to even charge your mobile or laptops, forget about AC or Geyser. They won't work in this hot whether. finally, the internet wifi lost connection and remained so for the entire Duration of my stay. I had to work by connecting via mobile Hotspot. my worst stay ever.... will never ever recommend anyone .. oh yes, how can I forget. they did not have curtains in our room and after multiple requests from my wife, they hanged bedsheets as curtains... can you imagine !! dirty bed sheet, pillow cover is very small thing to mention here. I just waited for the night to get over

Chanduka palace was a really great stay. Hotel is very close to Puri temple and hence no car can reach till hotel gate. Hotel staff is good and is just a call away. Special mention to Mr. Vasudev who helped us in our 2 days stay and was our mini guide for our tour who told us which are the places we can go and at what time they are the best. Overall I will rate 5 star 🌟 to this property.

Staff members were good. staff Mr. Basudev Malik help me to get hot drinking water on request. Reception managers need to improve their CRM. Shared bathroom was clean

The hotel is under construction and there is no restaurant available in the hotel and also the rooms are new they are not properly maintained there are stains on the wall. Nd they even charge extra for extra pillows and blanket

First if all it’s not hotel it’s an lodge separate room but common washroom like college hostel room for all room

The hotel is close to the temple. So you don't have to take stress on how to reach the temple. The staff behaviour is good. But they should work on the cleaning part.

My stay was incredibly disappointing, with the worst aspects being the consistently poor cleanliness of the rooms, extremely unhelpful and unprofessional staff, outdated and malfunctioning amenities, and a general lack of attention to basic guest needs.

As a building and room, is under maintained and untidy. Staff is really cooperative and they did their best to make our stay comfortable. Basic amenities drinking water, ac, geyser and TV were working properly. Breakfast was provided which was locally available. Overall, happy with the location, price and the staff. Mr. Babul and Mr. Sitam went an extra mile to provide service.
