Sir you had booked 2 rooms one with view and one which has no view, which is clearly mentioned with the exact same images while you were booking hence the price of the no view room is kept low. On your arrival you asked for another rooms altogether which where of higher prices also booked by other clients, also your family was not aware that you had specially booked a room with low price, on explaining the whole matter showing you your own invoice where it's was clearly mentioned with details. I don't see our fault, infact you had bothered my other clients because of your negligence, also to be noted we never raised our voice and patiently explained to you, your mistake multiple times. If I would have other rooms available I would have done the needful, it's your mistake you did the booking in a hurry, you should have checked all the images of the different rooms available, that's the reason we take a lot of efforts to post correct and updated images and set prices of different rooms accordingly. Not fair to post a bad review for your mistakes, also as per our basic services which comes along with the room like 2 towels , toilets, slippers, water jug, 2 glasses, bathroom and door mats, 2 pillows, 2 blankets all were provided not to forget a clean and sanitized room too. You asked the charges for extra mattress and then didn't needed, where as I was the one to inform you that you don't need to pay extra as you have already paid the extra person charges online

Yes, Our drinking water supply is in the kitchen hence we leave extra jugs of water at the living room for clients use also before closing our shift we replace the empty jugs from clients rooms who so ever is available at their rooms, by the time you came back it was 2 am at night, clients must have used the extra jugs of water and we didn't have the opportunity to refill your water jug as room was locked, Also before closing the kitchen we called and asked you if you needed food or anything else. When you called at 2 am for water I also informed that the bathrooms basin water connection is also a mountain water connection which is the same connection of water used in the kitchen, you could have filled the water jug from the basin tap, at morning 7. am the first thing we did was provide you water. Also if you didn't liked our service at the night why did you came and spoke to us to continue stay your stay and booked with us offline for the next day. Thank you for your feedback, we will plan on installing an RO connection at the living space to avoid similar instance. We understand that we should have a night staff kept awake for clients need but however we try to keep the cost low with best standards to provide value for money to our clients and never felt the need for a night staff as most of the times things are managed well, in your case you faced an inconvenience due to your neglecy, as we had called you to inform we are closing, you missed to inform us, We keept the water jugs but it got used up by other clients that night. We also informed you that the basin tap water and kitchen tap water, both are from Mountain Water connection, I guess you might have not heard that. I don't see our service issues here.
