Rooms were pretty clean and had nice balcony with view of beautiful road with coconut trees giving you shade and aesthetics you want in goa. It is very near to bus stop beach and local market and host of property is very professional. They even extended time of checkout for us.

I chose this hotel because it had power back but the guys did not switch on the backup and me and my family had to sleep without ac or fan in hot summers. They do not provide water except 2 bottles per day. The rooms are on second floor and no lift is available. The manager is very rude and unreasonable.

Property was overall okay but the poor communication skills like taking to guests. Also faced issue with parking every time. The room cleaning was average. They didn’t provided the basic amenities.

It’s very pathetic. Please don’t prefer to stay here. The place is so terrible. No proper car parking and no power back up as well.

Actually the stay was comfortable the room are so good but the only thing which doesn’t impress me is their staff. They are so much of attitude i don’t know for what reason plus they don’t provide extra water after giving one water bottle for a day

Stayed at casa de johri with friends. Room was as shown in pictures, clean, and had excellent a/c. Hot water available, but tv service wasn't paid. Despite this, it's budget-friendly and extremely clean. Highly recommended for families!

Excellent stay at property. Everything was fine and well managed. Baga beach & calangute beaches are in nearby vicinity about 5-10 min distance. If you have taken rental car /bike, you will not feel this distance. Cooperative staff. Specially mr. Sale h & mr. Saddik were helpful & cooperative. Recommended for stay.

Honestly the best hotel to book of you're on a budget and want to stay in goa. The receptionist salehamad was the sweetest and soo helpful. This hotel literally has the best staff ever! will definitely visit again!
