Bhagwati Palace

The provide pictures were misleading and very small rooms that just fit the bed and exposed drainage pipes. There was seepage in all the rooms with the paint wearing off. The hotel is a health hazard with exposed wiring, seepage and malfunctioning toilets.

Service was bad and bad smelling in there room. Waste of money

Not suitable for family or couples.
Only 1 entry door for 2 rooms mattresses was not cleaned. Overall this lounge is not suitable for family.

Rooms were very small and rooms were very dirty as well as the bedsheets and blankets were not clean and also their were no cable connection and no hot water supply.

Nothing to say much, average.

Both the hotel staff Mr.Naresh and Mr. Sunil are very hepful , hotel location is awesome. No food facility as there is no kitchen in the hotel, Overall experience was awesome.

There isn't any room service available. The only best part about this hotel is its location. Rooms are apparently tiny, with small bathrooms. Average for a one night stay. Although the staff is co-operative but the rooms could have been relatively neat.

Room and washroom were very small. Location is excellent as it's located 50 it's from Bus stand/main market place. Service is okay. Staff is friendly. Rooms were neat and clean Overall it's stay is average/ok. Good for budget travelers.

Rooms were very small, I order 2 double bedroom but what I get 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedroom in 2 very small rooms. But staff was good and cooperative. They helped us every day to stay there. Please try to complete your promise what commitment you have made to customer

Only the location was excellent rest everything was average. Mayur hotel was nearby which had awesome food. It is close enough to bus stand and taxi stand so convenient to reach and also tourist place were also within walking distance.

Location is good .. Midst in the city .. V all went in a group of 10 .. Had lots of fun. V stayed for 2 nights. Due to its location every place is nearby ... In midst of the city .. Rooms are small but worth for money .. Service is good .. Available 24 hrs .. Cleanliness is worth it .. Every sightseeing place is nearby from this location .. We all had a great time .. Restaurants are nearby and but if hotel should offer breakfast and dinner .. It could be awesome .. Overall hotel is good worth for money .. Good l

A good hotel to stay at Lansdowne. As there are very limited hotels in Lansdowne, this hotel is also good to stay over here. Overall its in the market area and eating stuffs were easily accessible. Bhulla lake and tip in top were nearby the hotel and hotel staff was very quick in there services.

There is no room service in the hotel. The room charges are too high as compared to the actual room. No parking facility & no Wi-Fi although it was mentioned at the time of booking. No attendants in the hotel to listen to customer complaint. There were cockroaches too. Not recommended at all especially for family stay. Very poor & disappointed.
