Rooms were satisfactory in size and furniture. Hotel is near to bus stand and market. Unfortunately, during my stay, a college group was living in the adjacent room. And they were about 3 boys & 3 girls living in a single room. That group used to drink alcohol & smoking in common area of hotel at first floor. Worst part was that they (college group) used to sing very loud vociferously and play music till late midnights. *even hotel staff was not able to control or curb them to stop this disturbance*

Thank you narender sir, for your positive 4 star rating to us, and very sorry for disturbance, as u mentioned we tried to control l them, we always try to allot distant rooms between couple/family and youngsters. But due to unavialibilty of room we also not able to shift them to other room, but that much disturbance we did not expected. This kind of situtation espically in night are very complicated, forceful l checkout is also not possible. Your support and co-operation is appreciable sir. I hope you visit us again soon, and we will be able to get that remaining 1 star also.

Location was prime, the ambiance & hospitality of owner of bhagirath homestay sardarji was really caring n excellent. Hygiene needs to be taken some care of as dustbin needs to be replaced & timely cleared also saftey wise doorknobs needs to be replaced & hangers for cloth may be placed on wardrob. Otherwise stay was fantabulous as papaji was a caring person.

The room is very large and too good to stay there, this is value for money hotel (if you are group of more than 2 people) because rooms are very large. Staff is awesome, no issue. There is separate changing room attached to bathroom and room. But towel is not present there and there is no restaurant of this hotel.

While I wish, you had a better experience.We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, as it is clearly mentioned in all platform that check in time is 12 noon, you came one night before at 11:30 pm (almost 12 hrs before actual check-in time), it is very unreasonable demand to fulfill by management, once again through this reply, we want to inform other readers, that check-in is 12 noon & checkout is 11 am, for the inconvenience, it caused, I am sorry. The satisfaction of our guests is a priority.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Facilities are okay okay. All basic facilities like geyser, TV, almirah are there. Location is good. Very near to Bus stand and market. Staff is very cooperative. Overall nice stay. Good experience.

The family room is clean and spacious for 4 people as it has 2 dbl beds. Wifi was not provided due to some bsnl issue. Washroom was ok and should be cleaner. Room is spacious and they have a cupboard as well. There is a restaurant on the opposite site and you get tea nearby. The location is also good however you can hear noises as it is on the road. Late check out was provided for an additional hour. There are limited times for hot water in the morning which I feel should be available all the time. Only when we requested, they provided hot water at night which they initially denied.

I stayed with my family, stay was good enough. But there is no wifi available even they have mentioned in the details, when I have reached at that time it is available after that they he told me that wifi problems and on the checkout day it is again available so this is not good service. Also, geyser is only available for 7 to 9 am in the mornings. The bed sheets and blankets were smelly. Otherwise stay is very good very happy.

groupThe cleanness was not good and the room was stinking. They show in MMT that there is only one category of room however they have charged me extra for a room of little bit bigger size and on the 1st floor. As this is homestay hence their is no kitchen.

We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with our homestay. Hygiene and cleanliness is our number one priority. I will personally look into this, and I assure you on next visit you feel lot improvement. And about the room you booked, is standard room but you want to upgrade it with deluxe room, that's why we charged you reasonable amount (amount at which we both agreed). Yes, we dont have kitchen but we provide food from nearby restaurant to rooms.
