Checkin Denied by the property... Moreover the rooms are terrible and so dirty not huge if at all....

I have never seen this kind of fraud before in my any previous booking via mm t app and also suggest mm t concern person to visit the hotel as a guest and then continue to associate with them. Now i realise all booking aap are same depending on location

Had a wonderful stay at ashiana lagoon, puri. Staff behavior very good. Food also very good. Will definitely recommend to others.

Behavior of staff is good external garden is good. Very far from sargadwar. Need to improve room service, maintanence of furniture, and overall cleaning of the hotel. No proper resturant.

Location - Very Good , Food - Excellent, Amenities - bad to worse , Services - Terrible Pros: Food is good , location is good, rooms are good but very badly maintained door locks not functional at all No wifi services room service is as good as expecting timely service from a all time bachelor i.e terrible in room beverage packages are not refilled regularly .. rooms are not cleaned if not asked to again room service is bad dont expect anything awesome … not clean bed sheets and pillow covers… and not changed regularly overall the pros are there so as the cons and i wanted to give a detailed experience here so that the hotel management can work on this and rectify the problems i would love to see this hotel excel as other than services all other aspects the very much thriving and i hope they do good in future

Me and my wife went for this hotel after seeing all available options. The hotel staff were nice and courteous. We got an early check-in at 5 am despite check in being 9 am(thumbs up for that. The overall cleanliness was ok. We asked them to change the bedsheet and covers. Ac was working fine. Pool needs to be maintained. Also restaurant needs to be running as lack of eating options in the locality as it is very far from swargadar and some distance from lighthouse. But it is a front line hotel so proximity to beach is highlight.

It was terrible experience at asian lagoon. I wonder how mm t chooses such a hotel for its customers. Hotel premises are very nasty. Staff are not cordial. The room supposed to be allotted not provided us. Room and toilet were in dirty conditions. Water bottle not provided to us. Overall it was very very bad experience at asian lagoon. I hope mm t will note this carefully.

It is mentioned that that the rooms are sea view but it is not at all. I asked the same to the hotel manager and he have also no answer so if you are booking for the sea view don’t book at all. And the rooms are too old.

No tv, intercom was provided, cleanliness was not upto mark. Veg food quality not good. Room was not cleaned after lodging.
