Dear Rohit, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret the inconvenience of not enjoying hot shower. We would have been more than happy to provide alternate arrangements if you had highlighted the issue during your stay. We take great pride in offering a warm and welcoming homestay experience, where guests can feel at home while respecting the space and house rules. Unlike hotels, homestays operate on mutual respect and understanding, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. We would like to mention unruly behaviour with homestay owner on bringing additional guest and smoking inside the house though not permitted. Would like to mention that despite the challenges during your stay even not availing or requesting the services though you rated us later for, we accommodated you to best efforts, understanding that our place is far from town and extended full support. While we strive to be accommodating, we also expect guests to respect our home. It is unfortunate to treat homestays as a business and disregard the home owners. The property is very pretty. If you want a break from all the hassle, do visit this place. The host is very welcoming. The food is decent. The caretaker at the property is also very helpful and kind.
