ARAKU HILL RESORTS

We booked the resort on 30 sept, on 29th sep someone from there called and mentioned that they have some issues with the property mostly power issue, they need to reallocate us into a separate place, so the place they recommend we did not like it at all so ask for some more suggestions which they deny to give, and insist us to take the stay on the recommende as it was a pretty short time to shift to new options in between a tour, we took those rooms but it came out to be pretty shaddy and less secure place to leave in, We also get to know from locals the property enlisted as araku hill resort is been closed for two months then and they are still picking up booking on basis of that property and keep shifting people like this, So it is a complete fraud and also the location present in MMT for this property is completely wrong, They have a very pathetic way to fool customer and take advantage of their distress. We demand a strict action against this property authority and worthy compensation from them for this whole inconvenience, If customers are not safe in Renowned platforms like MMT, how we could trust anything further! Pretty frustrating and exhausting experience unfortunately and we expect proper steps would be taken and compensation from authority for this much inconvenience.

The hospitality was BAD. 1. They didn't give water bottle for each cottage rooms. We reached at night and we were expecting atleast water bottles which should have been given like we get in any stays... 2. The bathroom door of one cottage was kinda broken. we were not able to close the door. 3. The pillow covers were super dirty.

Its not at all worth it. U cant even see any mountains from this place..rooms are very underdeveloped and the road to go there is also very small between the houses

the location of the hotel shows wrong.. and the resort rooms is extraordinary

ac is not working well and room maintenance is very bad . view is good . hope they will fix

Beautiful resort with peaceful surroundings, it is perfect for a relaxation. Highly recommended for nature lovers!

Totally disappointed with rooms neatness , foul smell coming from beds , and also don’t expect any view and rate is too much high with the room condition
