The rooms were very dirty, bedsheets and pillow covers were not fresh. It is not recommended to anyone.

I charge 500/ extra due time early check-in. Services in guest house was very poor.

Bathroom condition very bad. No toilet seat, there is no outlet pipe from wash basin. If you use the wash basin, water will fall on your feet.

Good and cooperative staff

Rooms in bad condition no cleaning of rooms, scorpions, leech, cockroaches in bathroom. Power backups are not utilised even after saying multiple times

Nice experience to stay here for visiting katra for shri mata vaishno devi darshan. Overall good to stay here but they should make better it

Hotel was ok. But having lack of amenities. We took this hotel for 4 days. But no one came to clean the room and bathroom. Overall so so.

Stayed for short duration of 6 hours only. Rooms were not equipped with hygienic environment. Toilets flush were broken no proper staff for attending complaints.

Staying in this property was good not above average, it's a home converted into a guest house for groups who are traveling to vaishnodevi it offers large rooms with 4-5 beds in a single room. But don't expect that they will provide you hotel facilities they just offer a room with a cooler, fan, bed and bathroom. Overall stay was good

Bedsheet are dirty all rooms are smelling

Xzero hospitality wno one at reception, we had to wait for 2 hrs for someone to come at reception ar 10 am in name of stakk and management only two persons, 1 kid nearly 14 trs and other person must be 22 yrs, no one is eer present on the counter even after checkin you have to ask for everything like drinking water, towels, blankets tvs are not working hotel uses cheap tactics for cost cutting they are having separate line fir geyer, which they delibratly switch of-far 10 am. We also witnessed some other guests had a quraell in this regard we stayed for 3 days, our room was not cleaned even once no dustbin in room

Very poor no any facility like drinking water no cleaning no safety old and damaged bathroom no hanger and no properly responses from property owner loss off money

It was not good experience to stay here. Images showed tv and center table that were actually missing. They were told to fill coolers with water but they not cared about the toilet sheets and washh shanks were dirty and moreover toilet sheet was not fixed properly it was shaking. Last but not least there was no ventilation in rooms
