I didn’t get the property I booked and hotel owner blamed MMT that MMT don’t inform them about online booking and due to this conflict we got another room which was not at all satisfying.

Room was comfortable but security point of view found it risky as window does not had grills and opened in balcony.

Hotel rooms were worst, there was no cleanliness, soo much dust, it was like a lodge of rs 500 per room and they taken 5600 rs per room, soo much bad experience, staff is also terrible, overall worst and chip-pest experience

No cleanliness, smell from beds, blanket

Location - bad, food-patheric room was not clean so many insects inside room

It's near to sea. Good for family stay

Using go-ogle location we could not find the hotel. Because the name mentioned in mmt aap is seavew cottage and there is no hotels in such name. It was some thing else. Rooms were very small compared to the price. 12500 for 3 rooms for 1 night. Pool is good and maintained properly. Location is 5 minutes walking from nagaon beach.

Nobody check temperature, nobody ask for any id, card. Nothings wifi not available in room, ac remote not provided, room is so costly

Very poor taste of the food.
They didn’t provide any basic stuff like shampoo, soap etc. Though i booked room with free wifi there was no wifi in the room. Tv set was there but not recharged at all so had to watch only selected channels which were irrelevant for me.

Worst experience ever, mmt admin kick out this hotel from your list else i shall kick your app out

Booked a/c room, but they provided non-a/c room (room no. 32. Room and lobby area weren't clean enough. Water logging in the bathroom after taking shower. There was a lizard in the bathroom. Towels were not clean enough. Swimming pool and stairs were dirty. We did not dare to have food at the facilities after seeing all this uncleanliness.
Did not check temperature and aarogya setu app.

Starting with the actual name of the hotel is different and we had to spend more than 60 minutes looking for this hotel. We called on the given numbers and they did not pick up the call. Hotel's cleanliness was terrible, towels given were not clean. Room service to clean the room was not available and when some how managed by the available staff, it was not up to the mark. Food was not tasty and they took lot of time for preparation.

We were not checked, a group came not checked. Instead of 11am check-in, we were made to wait till 12:30 am. But food is good. They take lot of time to prepare but worth waiting. Do not open windows if non ac room. Mosquito will not let u sleep. We were 6 members.

This hotel does not even have its own reception and shares reception and restaurant of the next building owned by the same owner which is a non ac hotel. The building looks okay from the outside but very narrow common area inside, no lift, and the swimming pool is very unclean. Rooms did not even have numbers and looked a bit shady and unsafe to be with family. It's near the beach but we had a tough time locating as the route showed by go-ogle maps was not accessible. Had to take help of another hotel nearby (white house) to ask for the exact location. Can't comment on food as we had it outside because didn't feel good about the hygiene conditions at the restaurant. I will not recommend this hotel to others.

In hotel no staff cooperative, no service food quality was not good

Their hospitality was fine. Property was Worth for money. Food quality can be improved. Easy to access location. Facilities were good. Clean and comfortable room.

Room is very sharp, clear and special area. AC is good.

Near Nagaon Beach, friendly staff, rooms slightly overpriced, swimming pool not clean

Good stay and environment. New hotel and really affordable stay for everyone along with family.

The property is not that satisfactory. It took time to find the location. Cleanliness and facilities were not that impressive and the rooms were also average. Caretaker was helpful.
