Easy check in and nice housekeeping and food

The experience at the hotel was anything but good. The rooms were untidy and shabby. Importantly,the room lacked Wi-Fi connection,intercom,tea/coffee maker,the AC made some noise but was not working and we were provided with the controls of the AC too.The sanitary fittings in the bathroom were also bad and ill maintained. While checking out,there was no assistance with the luggage handling. The only silver lining was that on our request,they provided us with a slightly late check out.

Food is not that good Location is ok Overall it is not value for money..Not worth

not good rooms, dirty, water leakage and no staff were smiling which was very disappointing. 3 days waste of money

Rooms are desaster not cleaned & staff are not as well we request for water bottle and some other they took more than 1 hours to serve. Also reseptioniest behaviour not good

The hotel had poor maintenance, with issues including no intercom, problems with hot water, and both the room and washroom smelling bad. Dinner was also a problem, making the overall experience disappointing. Cleanliness was not up to standard, leading to an uncomfortable stay

very funny hotel with an unmanaged stay. old furniture/ac/tv etc. not a vintage but horrible 🤢 The toilet smells in all the rooms and lifts are dangerous. westage of money and hope. country club faltugiri

Hi Team, Thank you for the follow-up. I would like to share that the breakfast quality was not good. Housekeeping and room service were quite slow, especially during the night and early morning hours when no staff was available. I even had to open and close the main gate myself. During check-out, there was no one at the reception either. Hope these concerns will be looked into for better guest experience in the future.

It was really a good stay according to me It's a very beautiful place I have thoroughly enjoyed a lot But the only thing is the castle should be more maintained I think it has some repairs Apart from that it was a very good stay I have stayed for 3 nights it was really awesome I had a very beautiful experience with that castle

pleasant view, tasty food, beautiful room, excellent decoration, Amenities are very good, Staff is really nice, There is a proper maintenance of Safety & Hygiene.

1. The room had a very bad odor, making it uncomfortable from the start. 2. Basic amenities like a dental kit were not even provided. 3. The breakfast offered was extremely poor in both quality and options. 4. Towels provided had a dirty smell and seemed unwashed. 5. The bed and blankets were clearly not cleaned properly. 6. Walking inside the hotel room without chappals was impossible due to the unclean floors. 7. The bathroom had cockroaches and other insects, which was absolutely unacceptable.

From outside it's looks good but rooms are bad and their service also not good.prices are too high according to rooms and service

pathethic hotel, dirty, bad odour, needs urgent renovations....can say its less than 1 star...no electricity backup

The room was disgusting The bathrooms were very bad worse than public bathrooms They cheat people by showing wrong pictures on the Google the kettle was so bad No service No hot water Had to wait 30 minutes for warm water The toaster was disgusting

Hotel is near by airport staffs are friendly location good and rooms are neat and clean newly renovated I like this hotel.

Cons-worst hotel! it needs upgrade no dental kits when asked they said we don't provide room is dull either bed bugs or cockroach in the room (small ) lunch time only one attended pros - location is good heart of the city outer ambience is good

Bad room with smell and dirty bedsheet, no proper housekeeping, no room ambience, bedsheet with hole and smell, no cutlery provided, swimming pool not working, breakfast and lunch not good, hygiene not maintained. Staff not good if we ask they say this is what we have, zero start for hotel, not recommend to stay. No value for money

hotel is not maintained, bad housekeeping, room are dirty with smelling bed sheet and holes in bedsheets, no bathroom cutlery and bathroom are not clean, tab and shower not working properly,food is also not good( brk and dnr). I will not recommend to any one. No value for money.
