There is no good blanket, cushion covers, crockery No hot water No good management No good breakfast 😞😞😞

It was a horrible experience staying there. Initially they were not allotting the room and asking for extra charges. Then they gave a room in doormacy. Bed was not there. They were telling us to sleep on floor. Bt after a argument we got bed. Washroom was very dirty. No light no latch in washroom even the keys of doormacy room was not there. They told us next day we can have a better room. But the room was dirty, messy with cockroach on bed. They clean that room in front of us. Nd we shifted but sink in washroom was leeking. After staying there for few hours we also suspected to have camera on tv. It was highly terrible night. Bewareofcamera if u r going there. Better please don't go. Highly unsafe for girls.

Hotel room service is terrible, taps were not working, every 2nd customer is fighting to hotel staff regarding service. > hotel staff is too rude, always ready to fight and fearless of their hotel reputation. > food is not good, provided stale food. I complain about it and they said this is best they can provide. > water facility was too good, broken tap and flash was not working. > smelly rooms, in complaint they said i’ll check if room fresher is available else they can’t do anything about it.

I didn't like. The room service

Hotel is good but the washrooms was not clean… also it was mentioned the hot and cold water in washroom but there is not hot water for shower… it was hard to take a shower in winter season with cold water…
