Terrible Stay

There was a home stay that we booked. But the horrible thing was when we reached the location there was nobody in the villa we call the number many times but there was no reply. Finally one get received and they answered the caretaker will be there with in 15 min. He came there but the room was already open not properly clean no towels no extra bed which I have already paid. No water nothing. Caretaker told us he will be back within half an hour but he doesn’t return we were alone full two days. Make my trip should no suggest such a property we trust u a lot and also booked many hotels from us. But this time we were really very upset

The place should be clean. Water was not available all times, we had to tell multiple times to resume the water supply, bathroom was very dirty wirh cigarette everywhere. Not a good place for family stay. The property is very good but ia not maintained properly. Cleanliness and water scarcity being the lrimary concern. Primary*

Dear Sir, This is to inform you to the room which booked You denied for that room You changed the room upgraded due to this room was not cleaned, The last guest was just check out before of 10/15 on arrival. Because of this our team(Caretaker) cant get time to do our Turn down service . Even Caretaker asked you give me sometime clean the room but not responded . And even if this raised issue during your stay. We have provided another room for your comfort & memorable stay.
