There is no basic facilities are available in the room plus washroom

The room is dirty and have too much mosquitos, dirty curtains, no proper wardrobe, old home with demanding too much of improvement. For my review I have taken the photos of the room. This is girls hostel we are not comfortable, my fellow members finding too much difficulty. If any courtesy remain please refund my booking amount. Due to late night no rooms available in the city I was forced to remain in the room for night time. Even after starting the gizer there is no hot water, no soup. No water bottle available I think this is a basic things which any customer. You people have ruined my prayagraj trip. This thing has make me mentally very uncomfortable and I does not use your service in future.

Sir so sorry for your underwhelming experience with us but the amenities and washroom status provided is mentioned at the app. Still we are trying and upgrading our services as quickly as possible.

coupleOk it is fine, when compared with the crowded pilgrimage area. It is very bad compared with the money paid, no attached bath, no infra structure etc. However they were received well and guided well.
