very good experience rooms are neat and clean good experience neat and clean.

I stayed at zolo destiny for 3 weeks, for the initial 1 week the service was very great but then problems like water shortage and poor service started coming up and resolution were very delayed. This caused me to tell them every day to resolve issues.

Room was good and hygiene scared of using washroom as we can feel the electricity shock

There was a delay in check in and we didnt receive the key till after 2pm. The hand faucet in the bathroom wasnt working. There was a cockroach infestation in both the beds. Overall a poor experience.

Had a pleasant and safe stay at zolo destiny, the staff were well behaved and neatness, cleanliness were upto the mark.

The stay was good. Snigdha the person in charge has arranged a good room as initial room which was arranged for me had some issues. Immediately she responded and she helped me getting a different room and the stay was good.

I raised a complaint with make my trip i did not stayed there vacated the property with half n hour did not feel safe, the customer care responded with they will talk to property owner n get refund but didn't hear back

Very very terrible experience. Due to the management of the property and specially the manager. Zolo davinci is the better option.
