it was a terrible experience because when I reached there, the gate was locked, and no one was present there, and then I called on the number provided in the page of the property through MakeMyTrip, someone attended the call and they asked me to call to the property manager and then again I had to call on another number and then I waited for 10 minutes there with my luggage outside the gate and then one (Work) came, and I checked in and the rooms were not clean, and the towels were not fresh and knew it was used one and the room was also very messySo I had to check out within two hours of checking in as it was not possible to live in that room.

excellent stay, clean rooms, overall a really good stay. the staff were really helpful, easy check in

Zolo Hazel in Koramangala offers a clean, well-maintained PG with essential amenities and a prime location, though food services are currently unavailable.
