Pleasant stay in a serene Environment

Caretaker was good. There is a 10 min ride from the reception near main road to the property which is an enjoyable ride every time. The food in the property is good. Buffet option is there for Veg & Non-Veg but the cooks provide any other requested items (starters/kid friendly meals) for a reasonable price per plate. Rooms are clean and the infinity pool is a great one overlooking the valley

The estate is a massive 500 acre one, need to offroad for around 2.5 kms before you reach the place to stay. The food options are limited , the room is average nothing extra ordinary to call out. When we visited the geeser wasnt workign but the staff was accomdative arranged hot water for us, the property has a pool, unfortunately it is not at all maintained, the filteration process wasnt working, because of all these I would give only a 3/5.

The stay was good in between a plantation area. there is a ~3km uphill drive in their own jeep. They have their own kitchen to serve home cooked food. You need to engage with family/friends without distractions.

familyVery peaceful stay inside forest looking at the beauty of western ghats. The resort is situated about 2kms from main road and you will be taken in jeep through coffee plantations. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff were very welcoming and delightful. Since you may be able to go out you may need to go with lunch or dinner options available at the stay itself which was slightly higher.

the experience was outstanding..ideal location for a small group and be close to nature. a good leisure stroll around the estate and along the flowing stream..the food is good and filling which can be customized according to your taste. good for an overnight stay as there is nothing else to be done

groupThe place is far inside the estate. There is no resort, just a single house with 5 rooms. The staff is not helpful and the food for lunch and dinner is buffet at 750- which is very costly.

familyYohstay is a great place hidden among-st coffee plantations, surrounded by lush green jungle. Villa is huge and a nice garden alongside. Unfortunately, pool wasn't clean the day we visited. People were nice but service is extremely slow for food. Overall, a good getaway for a weekend.

Nice home stay but with no food option

It's tucked into a coffee estate which can only be accessed by a pickup truck. You have no food options apart from an over priced buffet which barely has any options. Definitely not a 4 star experience

coupleThis place is so super accessible from bengaluru and have an amazing tranquil vibe. Rooms are huge and estates is home to numerous species of birds. It is situated inside the coffee plantation, and last the stretch will be completed on the jeep arranged by the stay. And do not worry about your car, it can be park at the estate entrance. Only thing that can be improved is the food

Now talking about the food, the food was tasty, they charge flat rs. 750 which was not worth for the items they provided. Either they should reduce the price for the food which they provide or should provide more items for the price. They can provide few more activities to kill the time.

It's in 300 acre coffee estate. You need to park your car at the entrance and they take you on a 20 minutes jeep ride to the resort. It's beautiful 6 room resort. The picturesque view of the estate, the buzzing of crickets throughout the day, the songs of peacocks early in the morning, makes the stay close to nature. The only contention is the food. Only the breakfast is covered, and you have to pay for the food which is expensive. And more importantly, the food was not great. After paying so much, you had expect the taste to be if not great, at least decent. But we were disappointed. The chapati they made was more like a thick and hard papad which we had to send it back. Even the taste of other items was just okay.

4. Its good. Yohstay is a good homestay in sakleshpur. Food is good and homely. The homestay is in the middle of nature with flora and fauna in vicinity. Best part is the off road ride from car parking to the homestay as it is on the hills. Would love to come back with friends and family.
