Inappropriate staff behavior

coupleEverything else was fine except one thing, room service guy enters in our room without knocking, before that when we were sitting in the room ordered tea at that time he tried to come in and he was looking inside the room which made me and my gf ( finance) feel really uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is not acceptable. I told the manager about this but he gave me excuses i asked him that i want to talk to him, but he never came to talk and when we left after checking out they were laughing, redicules behavior
