The rooms are exactly as given and very clean and good, we took a family room and bathroom was little smaller for this room. The hotel is located in a very crowded area and there is no car parking. There is no restaurant attached to this hotel.

familyVery small room service poor no parking located at congested place no power back up (we reached when pondicherry electricity gone. They refuse to check in as they don't have back up. We forced and checked in as either hotels were booked or available at very high rate breakfast was included in package, but they refuse to provide and told that we will return charges but at the time of check out, they again refuse to pay back it's was a poor stay i booked based on rating, but looks fake after the stay

Excellent stay for budget rate

The hotel was surprisingly well maintained and the staffs were really helpful. Flexible check in and check out available as it was the main reason i booked. Its a new building and the property is maintained to the high standard. Rooms were clean and the amenities were also in perfect condition. Highly recommed to families and couples.

Wonderful place to stay. The location is very close to all the nearby places so i'd say that the location is a huge plus point. The rooms are adequately spacious and very clean. The manager is very approachable, supportive and always ready to help. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone, including friends and family.
