Vihar Boutique Hotel & Spa

We made an booking, but when we arrived at the location in the evening, we were shocked to find that the hotel had closed down long ago. To make matters worse, all the contact numbers we had were switched off.

It's actually below average. Not worthy for the amount i paid. Will never recommend

Awesome easily navigate to reach at the hotel destination. Through make my trip i am able to find the hotel lovely and pleasant stay. Cleanliness of the hotel is awesome. Staffs are so nice. Decent and sober. Market area is accessible. Railway station is nearby which minimize the time to catch the train. Spa facilities are awesome which relaxes you after the hectic travel

I found the property location on makemytrip website in the area that i wanted to stay. As i am a solo traveller, was searching for a room of affordable price and this is the one. Amenities are not much available, but stay experience is good. This is right beside the main road. Good stay for solo travellers.

No tv no wifi and ac giving sound working as we have to feel we are using ac. Wash room is very conjustve

Over all was good experience, this is my 2nd visit, but the same problem with left.

The room was not kept as neat as required. The fan provided is to be urgently cleaned of dirt. Food is an issue and to be ordered outside for delivery. Tea is available staffs are very good and oblige of difficulty

The hotel is at 3rd floor with 9 rooms. Insufficient parking space at basement. We had to wait till night for the parked bike at basement to vacate for our car parking. Room fans are making noise like 90's fan. Poor performance of ac without display. I had booked with complementary breakfast. Upon arrival when i asked they told they don't have the facilities. You can choose among dosa, idli, puri and bonda. We will bring it from outside. No complementary water bottles are served to room occupants as this is not part of their complementary list. When next day morning i ordered breakfast @8:00 am and i had to go catch flight at 10:50 am, till 9:15 they had not brought breakfast. With no options i had to go out without breakfast to catch flight.
