Veenayak Residency

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff "vr", she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city, supermarket, shops, restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! it's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again "veenayak residency" for going just that little step extra for the guests!

The property is centrally located in gorakhpur, making it easily accessible. The staff is welcoming, providing hassle-free cheking. The room's are clean and spacious. Staff's are very friendly. Overall it was awesome stay at hotel veenayak residency.

Stay was very comfortable. Enjoyed the excellent services. We enjoyed the hospitalily of staff. Very clean rooms and restaurants. Breakfast & dinner were good. Appreciation for staff and chef, maintaining good quality, certainly will return next time. Thankyou atul for friendly service.

hotel was closed not operating rooms were dirty no facility. after pressure agreed to open gate of hotel.

There was no attendent in the hotel when i reached there. No receptionist was present. It was not worth paying this much for one night.

Follow up was good asking for arrival time. But rooms are not neat and clean and water taps were leaking not able to use, even bucket not provided. We came in late night and vacated early morning due to rooms and service. . I don't. Recommend this hotel to any one.

It's really pathetic to stay here there are not any facilities everywhere, dust and available there no room service, no water, no tea, table, soap.

Difficult to find the location. Staffs are not friendly at all. Looks shady and not recommended for couples or female travelers. Dirty room, leaked restrooms, ac not working. Had the worst experience of my life.

No power backup, poor break fast, smelly room, no tv connection, poor room service,

When we reached there we were allocated room when we entered room no cleaning were done even bathroom too. So i raised concern to receptionist then we were asked to change room. Second room was also in same conditions. I observed that receptionist were telling lie repeatedly. So i thought better to change hotel because no trust.

Beautiful property for comfort stay with luxurious amenities. Love this place. Strongly recommended for gorakhpur visitors business class peoples and travelers.

The hotel is very clean and staff is well behaved they are following all the covid protocol the guy who was serving us was very polite and we'll behaved.

Loved the hotel overall, its wonderful l place, settled and managed beautifully. Food here is awesome so the architecture. I love the food served as with the hospitality i received today. Perfect cooked with well balanced taste.

One of the best hotels in this price range. Has all the facilities, clean rooms, good room service, parking availability etc. If you want to have a good luxurious place to say in a pocket-friendly price, this is the best place to stay in this area.

Convenient location. Nice ambience and lighting. Good food including starters and main course. Though parking space is a bit limited.

The staff here have been extremely helpful and responsive to every request. It is true the rooms are small, but they are very well appointed and lack no amenity. In fact, the bathrooms are a model for how to use space efficiently! i would definitely recommend this place.

It is one of the most famous hotel. All the staff members are very kind and supportive. Recently i had been to this place frequently and it's a very good experience overall.
