The hotel cancel-led my booking but did not notify me or make my trip. After reaching the property they said room was cancel-led and they made a hell lot of issues.

It was nice stay. There are many activities like boating, zipping etc. Food is good. But expensive. The wash room facilities could be improved. Perfect spot for teens.

familyThe resort is situated right in the midst of forest. If you want to be away from the noise of the towns and cities, this is an ideal place. Loved the morning chill, call of the birds and many scenic places within the resort. There is a lake inside the resort with adventure area. You can go for boating or paricipate in some adventure sports. There is option of off-roading in their vehicle, within the resort. My kids enjoyed it all. Overall, it was a refreshing experience. The staff were very helpful. Even though it was an isolated area, we always felt safe.
The safety precautions were good and as expected. Staff maintained social distancing. Temperature check was there at the entrance. Hand sanitisers were available. Room and dining area were also sanitised.

Resort located little inside from main road and very silent place. We had dinner and breakfast. Breakfast was good and dinner was ok ok.

Nice stay in the middle of the woods

We booked Woodpecker Top for 2 days. We have to park the car at their entrance. From there they will take to resort by their Jeep. We can have little off-road experience. Lunch is good and tasty. They have some viewpoints in the resort which they take us in their Jeep and it was an awesome experience. Overall, a nice stay and their adventure activities are also good.

The room booked was isolated from the mainstay which was good, however, was quite disappointed with the cleanliness, condition and the room itself. Extra per night but not at all a value for money. The room was smelly and damp, the paint was falling off and was filled with black spot formations, bedsheets were stained. The manager did mention that if we book the stay online it's cheap but we don't get add ons from the facility. Mosquito repellent was filled with water.

Excellent location. Situated amidst big estate isolated from outer world. Estate itself has view point and a Lake. Visit to view points and boating is free for guests staying in property. Limited and pricey food options. Adventure games like reverse bungee zip lining are available inside the property itself at nominal cost.

Very scenic and peaceful resort

One of best resorts with hill top scenic views to distress and relax. With 250 acres area only five to six type of rooms available, which gives complete privacy and peaceful stay. View points inside resort are private and give complete freedom for your photography skills. Food in this resort is very good, will get authentic Kerala style food. This resort is more like private home stay for big family get together and couples stays.
