A spacious property located at a perfect distance from library chowk to experience tranquility but not too far to drive down to mall Road. The parking is abundant, rooms are huge in size and well furnished and equipped. There are good options for sports lovers like snooker, table tennis, badminton and carrom. But the best part of the stay was food and hospitality. I had never had such delicious food on the Hills, and that too home style. This place is a must visit. Also the staff is really courteous and helpful. You can ask them to prepare food according to your needs and there you are!

The best part of the property was its location. The property has a great view. I experienced a wonderful stay over there. A few things I would like to mention that I was not provided the room type which was booked, they should need to take care of the food quality and variety need to get improved and they should maintain the rooms. The hospitality was not that good, they not attending the guest as they have to. Other than that everything was great over there. It must be recommended to others.

Great and peaceful location surrounded by nature with great view of mountains and valley. Building old colonial bungalow, nicely maintained with huge rooms. Every from has big windows and balcony for breath taking views above all, helping staff with high degree of hospitality.

Please do not book this hotel. I paid 6000 inr per night. I am really disappointed. Life boy soap as bathroom amenities, just potato Paratha as breakfast and even drinking water is chargeable.

Superb experience and we've a lot of great memories from there. Location was awesome. Rooms and room services was pretty good. We'd an upgrade and upgraded room was just amazing. Breakfast was delicious. I hope that if I'll go to Mussoorie again then I'll stay there. In the end I'll say everything was good.

Very poor service, one must check with the resort before checking in with the type of rooms as they play with your room booking types. Service quality is the worst with very limited food options, only thing to lure is the location & the property.

Unfortunately, we arrived at low season and were the only guests. The day after a big storm had knocked out internet service (which remained down for days afterwards, although cellular coverage was fine and we were able to tether through our cell phones). The hotel is located at the top of a hill about a 20-30 min walk from Library (the west end of The Mall Road) with beautiful views in 3 directions and the building itself is lovely, the rooms spacious and comfortable. Because of the season, however, there was no heat, except for a small space heater in our room, which wasn't enough to heat it sufficiently and the rest of the hotel was cold. The restaurant menu is pretty limited, but what there is was good. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Wonderful hotel rather a home away from home. Simple and personal with a old world type of place. Highly recommended for those looking for a laid back slow paced holiday away from the high tech world. Homemade type of food was wonderful and the manager great.

The place was extremely underwhelming. There was no service and the website was misleading. Only the food was a saving grace The staff was uncooperative and the manager was rude. The hotel has no liquor and dinner had to be ordered 4-5 hrs in advance.
