An interesting alternative to a neat and clean stay at Udupi. yes, there isinitial confusion in the mind when you see the same bulding called Treebow pratham inn as well as sunbright but then the budget stay experience pretty much reassures you, of a comfortable stay. Clean rooms, basic but good breakfast, friendly service makes for an easy stay. Recommend for short stays when u have business in the city. no decent lunch n dinner options in the Treebo Pratham Inn, Manipal so you land up depending on a zomato or Swiggy for that hot meal after a long day, especially on days when it's pouring cats n dogs! So watch out for that! Rests cool!

I have visited to MANIPAL UNIVERSITY for my Son admission,The location of this Treebo Pratham Inn, Manipal is best as it is near to Manipal campus,along with that it lies on Main road, it's centre of town,many transport facilities are available here,it's also near to railway station and this Treebo Pratham Inn, Manipal rooms are very good and neat,all facilities are very good, breakfast provided was also good roof top provide good views of town lush greenery is all around.

Excellent value stay near Manipal. Got the room at a great price and I must say was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room and services delivered (including free breakfast). Pleasant Treebo Pratham Inn, Manipal on the main road with easy access to shopping, restaurants and Manipal. Would recommend this as a great business Treebo Pratham Inn, Manipal.

rooms were clean and nice staff. Only one issue with booking. The Google location shared by MMT was showing incorrect location and the Hotel contact were not reachable due to their unverified / untested Whatsapp system. The real Treebo Pratham Inn, Manipal name is Sun Bright Hotel. So please talk to the service provider and rectify the issue.

Very nice Treebo Pratham Inn, Manipal, cleanliness was upto the mark. Bfast served was good. Located on road; service was also very prompt.only drawback was no restaurant availability, had to manage thru zomato service else everything was good at the price

We loved everything about this property. Spacious and clean rooms. Nice morning breakfast. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Will definitely stay here if in the area and will recommend to friends and family

The room was clean and had all the essentials – a sofa, work desk, and even a dental kit. Also loved that they had a gym, which is rare in budget Treebo Pratham Inn, Manipals

The room was thoughtfully set up with space for our luggage and a window that let in plenty of natural light.
