There is no hotel/hostel in the name of thunder world. They removed their property. Requesting make-my trip to remove from your list. Thanks. I have been waiting for more that 2 hrs for contacting the same hotel. In maky my trip mobile number also wrong for the same hotel.

Even after booking at least 10-15 days prior, i was called just 4 hours before check in that they are sold out and won't able to accommodate us. Not trustable.

1. Check and calculate your bill with your own. 2. All rooms are shareable, so you don't have privacy anymore. 3. Have common washrooms. 4. They show water service but they never give you hot water for bathing. (It's 5 days completed we didn't bath) 5. Food is costly and tasteless. Now it's your choice. Even they give service for staying so in the end very thankful to them. They tried well to give you services.

We stayed in Swiss tent and there is not hot water facility in freezing temperatures. Room service is worst and the condition of the tent is pathetic. Our tent has dismantled due to heavy wind and I would never suggest anyone to book this pathetic room.

Location of hotel is in the end of the Manali ... Facilities are poor and we give the order of food and he give delivery after 1 hour and it was tasteless. We just have such a bad experience.

It is located at one of the best location in Manali. Neither much far with bus stand nor with mall road. I have taken Swiss tent, and it was good to stay there. Food was awesome and within budget only.

This was the worst place in Manali. Hume raat me pani pine ko bhi nahi mila is jagah. Very poor service. Reception misguide you for Manali. No one meet you at the reception in night. Call kro to koi ans nhi deta. Sabse bekar

Alpine tent was too small without toilet room and bathroom and no water facility. Tent was so hot in day. Manager behavior was too bad. When I ask for water for Bath he told me you should go 2 km far at water park. Not recommended. Too bad service. Waste

It was a tent not a room though and it was not mentioned at the time when i was booking. It was written that we would get a large bed for four persons, but our bad, it was a two persons' bed. Worst experience ever.
