Stay as good, location 3.5 Km from temple but hotelier not giving water bottle.

I never had this kind of experience. Very worst maintenance, AC not worked properly, rest room not cleaned. Receptionist not respond properly when we complete, just shake his head. Please don't select ever this hotel.

Ok, good future improvement in hotel management, toilets is very bad.

We traveled as a couple and had to check-in at 9 pm in the night due to car break down the issue. Receptionist Govindaraj kept calling me saying that he cannot wait for us till 9 pm. Although our booking is valid for 12 pm-12 pm which is usual timing slots also cash has been paid already through MMT. When we reached he again asked me to come before 1 pm in the afternoon saying that checking time should not exceed more than 1 hour from the check-in time. Which sounded completely weird. He was sleeping at his place at 9 pm and he says he cannot wait for customers check-in at 9 pm. He asked to read the check-in and check-out rules correctly. We vacated hotel next day at 12:30 pm and I met the owner Mr. Vijaya Rajan who was very courteously serving food for customers in their restaurant and explained to him the entire incident. He promised to inquire the receptionist. Business is not lost because of owners it is because of these kinds of employees who don't understand the pain of their owners.

Will stay next visit and suggest others

Good budget. Stay is good. Even they have driver's room to take rest.

Better hotel to stay for a night. A bit over priced for facilities provided. Hotel is a bit congested.

Nothing much we booked for 4 members but they gave one extra bed.

The hotel is not near Chennai Airport. It is almost three hours from airport. The hotel guys also took extra money. They told you can get refund from MMT. In is really disappointed. Even the customer care did not respond.

My stay at the Vijay Park Airport hotel in Alandur area of Chennai was good. Although the room was very small, it was neat, clean and good. Complementary breakfast was not as enough varieties of food was not there. The hotel needs to upgrade in the standard of breakfast menu.

The Hotel is ideally Located very near Chennai Airport and well connected to City by Public transport. Neat & Clean Rooms. Proximity to Hotel Saravana Bhavan is a delight to all Vegetarians. Should have more variety of foods for the Morning Buffet Breakfast.

Location is ideal for those who are arriving late in the night and have to take early morning flight. Saravana bhavan across the road is added advantage. Rooms are neat and clean, bathrooms are hygienic. Service needs improvement. Not much choices in the complementary breakfast. Overall the impression is average.

The room was very clean and it was located near the trident hotel and the Radisson blue hotel. It was very close to the airport and the area had a pure vegetarian hotel right opposite it. Being a pure vegetarian attending a conference in Chennai for the first time, this was a good choice based on the location.
