Dear guest, our check-in & check-out time are as per resort industry and we can not tell our staying guest to check-out before time. In your case you came at 9:40 am and existing guest of your room type booking checked out at 11:15 am (11 am is check out time) and after cleaning of room we gave you room at 11:55 am which is almost one hour before our check-in time (i. E. 1 pm. Room sizes and original photos are uploaded on all booking websites. Best regards,

Property was decent but during my short stay there were more than 10 times electricity cut and i have to call each time to reception to get generator on

familyThe rooms are spacious enough. The hotel has several open spaces for fresh air and for kids to roam Around. Liked The natural theme of The resort. Perfect place if you have your own vehicle as it is outside main City. Food is average and we preferred to get food from nearby Dhabas. Overall a decent place to visit in family and groups.

The location is outside the main city. The resort is surrounded by hills and has really cool views. The room was very spacious and also had a garden outside with table. Had a really pleasant stay.

A retreat in the Jungle

The location is fantastic. Try to get The cottage number 1. It is well-made. The overall cottage was nice. It is away from city's hustle. We didn't have dinner here so can't comment. Otherwise, the rooms and washroom were clean. The floor in one cottage was squeaky but otherwise a nice pleasant stay.
