Poor Stay

Intercom not working, ac is set on 18 degrees, no remote. Tv is not working. No hangers in cupboard bathroom is dirty. I am sorry about reviewing all this. These things can be improve with little efforts.

Floor very dirty, small size room, no ventilation in bathroom.
I booked deluxe room but I think hotel staff provided ordinary room. In this room floor very dirty, very small size bathroom and no shower and ventilation. Check-in time hotel reception staff behaviour not good, staff told me no booking accepted by us and asked me what is booking amount I told, so receptionist said I have no vacant rooms after then I called MakeMyTrip customer care and with in 15 minute my issues are closed. MakeMyTrip Customer care staff very supportive. Thank you very much.

Nice service and attenders friendly, polite, Very nice front desk people .. Helping and polite team along with boss. Just need to improve the cleanliness. All other thinks are o. K. But it is diverted tie-up from MAKE my TRIP .. So found difficulty in booking confirmation
