The Park Vizag

The rooms are very old, not maintained, the corridor is bad, the toilets are bad, not up to Park standards at all, cheap hotels in Vizag are much better than this.

It was a wonderful stay with a polite and cooperative staff... The breakfast and the dinner buffet is highly recommended.

Very poor experience. We were supposed to arrive at about midnight, as Vande Bharat from Hyderabad reaches at 11.30 PM. We were 6 of us, including 2 very small kids (1 Yr and 3 Yrs) and 2 elderly parents. We had requested two baby cots (cribs) multiple times before booking and before our travel, and every time, they said that they would provide. When we arrived, they were not available. After many phone calls they brought a crib which was broken and without any mattress. Babies did not get a crib. Our room was the costliest room available. They had promised it to be a sea view room. But there was no sea view. Their explanation was that the room was sea facing but because of trees, sea was not visible. Next morning we had a discussion with manager and we were moved to a higher floor and view was nice. I had ordered a birthday cake for my wife beforehand. It was never delivered. I had then requested a cake in the dinner table during booking the table and they took all details about name etc but the cake was never delivered even in the dinner table. Next day after dinner they delivered a cake which was not needed as the birthday had already passed. Breakfast was from 7.00 till 10.30. They would turn all lights and AC off at 10.30 sharp to shove off all customers. That was very rude from a 5 star hotel perspective. Overall very disappointed.

maintaince is okay not so that good not worth for what they charge,maintain washrooms well and see that their shampoos are leaking

Stay was good, hotel was a little old. But the amenities were really good. The view was excellent. Swaroop and Altaf at the reception were very helpful.

Clean , Friendly, great beach access. the reception staff was friendly and good bar with Spa available.

it is a cyclone proof property. The beach is so well connected it almost feels like 200 metres away.

I was given a room with water leakage, I didnt till I woke up in the morning. I had all my clothes drenched in the suitcase (leakage at a dedicated place where luggage was kept). I had paid around for this stay, even after highlighting they didnt even bother to work towards a solution, they made me pay all my bills and just showed a sad face saying sorry few times till I checked out.

The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options, and the on-site restaurant provided excellent meals with impeccable service. I also enjoyed relaxing by the pool and taking advantage of the fitness center, which was clean and well-equipped. Location-wise, the hotel was perfect—close to major attractions, dining, and transportation, yet peaceful enough to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, this stay exceeded all my expectations. I truly felt pampered and cared for. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and outstanding service.

Not well maintained. Service should be more improved. Great location and ambiance. But maintenance is a huge factor. Unexpected experience from such a bid brand.

Not value for money.. had to wait for long time to get my room, room was dirty .. not properly cleaneed , floor was dirty , pathetic room services , but food was good for dinner .. breakfast was limited..

location is perfect, stay was good.but the only problem is their itinerary says that they have smoking rooms,but at real they have not,so it's difficult to stay for smoking person.
