Rooms Unhygenic, poor staff service, poor hot water availability

It was pathetic hotel with over expensive price & very adamant behaviour where even after giving prior information hotel was not ready to cancel my 3rd & 4th night booking. Best part they mentioned initially that it's because i made booking vise makemytrip so to ve done by them and when i talked makemytrip they said we ready but hotel to approve, blame game was nice where i got stuck & spent 18000- bucks for 4 nights in a hotel room having lizard, having single 4x4 lift with double door channel of ancient times, hotel where refilling of sugar tea bags water bottles would not be done every day unless asked. I can write 2 page essay on this hotel review, but it short it was my worst experience. I will make sure not to use makemytrip going ahead for any of my bookings

The receptionist was is not polite and customer friendly

Overall good stay, place, food and service was good.

The hotel does not provide drinking water even if you call four times and the intercom is off, you have to call the hotel from your mobile. And at checkout you have to bring your luggage to the counter, the hotel does not provide any facility.

Don't go on makemytrio rating, hotel is too poor, rude staff, rooms are compact,

Location is good 1 km away from railway station walkin from lake pichola 15 mnts walk rooms are ok food is good staff is supportive

Food was not ok we were served the food which was already made and there was no hot water in bath

Everything is nearby, you don't need to travel far for food or tea. Staff is polite and well behaved, room are clean and in this budget fair enough service quality.

Average in terms of hygiene. And there is problem of hot water. You might not be able to get on time. Good thing is nearby to city palace. Overall i rate it 6 on 10. Also it's a bit expensive i mean they charge me 2000 for one day but the services are not upto that standard.

Pros. Location is near to lake point. The rooms have worn out towels. Bathroom taps, furniture looks worn out. Bedsheets are not properly clean. Room size is small they claim that they have free parking while they ask you you park on road. Paid 2200 rs for the room worth 600rs.
