From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made me feel right at home. The cottage room itself was beautifully designed, blending classic heritage charm with modern comforts. The interiors had an elegant touch — cozy wooden accents, tasteful furnishings, and a pristine, well-kept environment. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the large windows offered serene views of the greenery around — making mornings absolutely refreshing. The property was peaceful and full of old-world charm, yet equipped with modern facilities. I especially loved the calm and quiet atmosphere; it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The lush gardens, heritage architecture, and well-maintained premises made the entire stay feel special. What truly stood out was the exceptional service — every staff member was attentive, polite, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that reflected both local flavors and classic cuisine. My 2-day stay here was nothing short of rejuvenating. The property is one of the finest Hotels with a Resort type feeling.. The rooms are huge and very well done up. The view from the Rooms etc. is very beautiful, as the The Heritage Club - Tripura Castle Hotel and Spa is on the upper part of the hill thus the sunset view is just Wow. The Room service is prompt and the Food wether in Resturant, Breakfast or in Room Dining is just Excellent. We also used Spa, the too is Excellent and total value for Money. The Hotel has Rooms spread out like a resort but The Heritage Club - Tripura Castle Hotel and Spa provides transport at your call from any place in The Heritage Club - Tripura Castle Hotel and Spa to another place. The Travel Desk was also very efficient.. they helped in arranging cabs for travelling outstation to Chirapunji and also local travel inside shilong. The prices quoted were very competitive and the Cabs provided were right on time and clean. The breakfast is Yum and very well laid out. The location is very good you can easily go to the main areas of Shilong in a cab and reach is 10 to 15 min. This property is locally quite well known as Tripura Castle as this was the residence of the Maharaja of Tripura. Overall we as a family had an Excellent and a Very comfortable stay.. The The Heritage Club - Tripura Castle Hotel and Spa is highly recommendable for people to stay.

We stayed there in a cottage which is in forest block.I didn't feel m in shillong as if I have done hazardous trekking and reached in a quite forest area where I can spend all day sitting there and enjoy nature at its best with all modern amenities.Good location, helpful staff,good service.And most amazing it's a historical property as it was constructed by the king of Tripura in 1920's.want to go there again definitely.Reccomended for all those who wants to stay in a Royal property admist nature.

the heritage club has been our getaway from the humidity & heat of Guwahati for the 3rd time within a month shillong concretization is not felt here amidst the gently swaying pines the ambience service& food is excellent

Our stay was satisfying with just the ambience we look for far from the crowded& traffic jam noisy shillong city Our walks were so invigorating the air so fresh that we would have liked to stay more but...
