The online images were a little misleading as the property was segregated in parts. However, the manager and the team were very understanding and did everything in their power to get us the experience we wanted. The staff was kind and prompt. The lady managing breakfast was very warm and made us feel at home even accommodated our request by tailoring dishes to suit our food preferences. The upkeep of the hotel could be better but the people and waitstaff make it feel like home. We rate it a solid 3 only because of that. If the interiors , furniture and look and feel are refined and done more tastefully the property would fare better. But if we ever visit again it will only be for the staff.

only location and food is good. services and amenities veey poor. very poor management. Staff is not trained like a 4 star hotel. Rooms were not provided with basic facilities like TV was non functional, wifi not functional, wifi passwords/ telephone directory not updated. No Live music qas there which they are mentioning in specifications. Hotel still under construction, generalised cleanliness veey poor, staff seems not well trained especially one detailed for deluxe rooms

The property is very beautiful and serene but we cannot ignore the issues that we faced during the stay. Mostly half of the time the wifi was not working which is a big issue as the mobile network also do not work in the hotel area. The food was also decent only not the best. Breakfast had limited options. Rest the staff was really helpful and well behaved
