I visited this hotel last time and now also in august customer service are nice and generous and they all ate hard workings to keep you safe

They're not providing ac remote they're not providing a single chair. For a room. Un heigenic room. Small cosy room. Not as per pics

The service of the hotel is 3rd class and rooms are very small i was regretting staying over there, one in reception was very rude to customers

we were warm welcome by sandhya she was receptionist she was very helpful I had a wonderful experience at the green star Inn. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! you get what you pay for . The only thing that was disappointing was that the pillows were dirty and felt that bed sheets were old.

I have been great experience with green star in sandhya was good with found great service s i found.

However, they lack boil jug to boil water and iron to press clothes. The male staffs are all good, however, the female staffs can be more sophisticated than even ciao agent or mossad.

The hotel service was better than i expected. The staffs were friendly, hospitable, and helpful. I would recommend others ( especially, young adults) to consider staying here, during their trip to bbsr.

Room is awesome and bed is neat and clean wash room also excellent.

Stay is average. Locating hotel is difficult. No good vegetarian food is available. Cost of arranging transport is high. Room is not ventilated at all.

It’s not at all hygienic hotel they charge way more what they are providing i should really trust on google reviews and should not visit the hotel.

The staffs should be humble towards their customers. I have paid during the booking but they are continuously asking not paid.

Hotel staff is good and supportive, room is also good, have to do little work on food quality, rest we enjoy the hotel services

I booked a deluxe room but a normal room was provided which is too small in size we hardly fit in. Worst experience

Average not good. Just a big opened stinky drainage flowing in front of the hotel.

Self booked through make my trip and after reaching the hotel the receptionist said she cant find my booking, i showed them the confirmed booking voucher and she said to speak to mmt, while i was speaking to mm t she said the message is in the inbox and finally gave the room. In the room no remote for a/c no remote for tv etc. Had to call reception 10 times to get all organised. Poor service

Simple place near airport on a walking distance of 900 meters on very reasonable prices polite and well mannered staff.

The washroom was too small and did not have proper facilities to hang clothes in. Additionally, the hotel did not even provide me with a bar of soap ! i would’ve appreciated support from the staff to expedite the delivery of my lunch too - it took over 1 hour to get the same. I would recommend this hotel to those who want just a one-day stay. But for a longer duration, it’s a definite no.
