Hotel room should have more heated and warmer

I have visited in winters. Hotel should have more amenities, should have more warmer rooms and windows should have more tightened. Wind cannot be passed.

First time visted, I had a great experience in hotel grand welcome. Amazing view rooms and neat and clean washrooms. Kind and friendly staff . Like feel at home with great experience. Really want to come again at such a beautiful property.

Good location, spacious rooms, beautiful views

The rooms were spacious but the bathroom was not very clean, room service was ok ok. Food was good. But there is a problem with power backup.
