My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I checked in around 12 PM and went to bed quite late, around 2 AM. But at 6 AM, the hotel reception called and asked me to change my room, saying that someone else had booked it. When I told them that my booking was valid until 10 AM, they said, “Sir, we are giving you another, even better room.” Honestly, who would want to change rooms after sleeping just four hours? Even after I refused, they kept calling again at 8 AM and 9 AM, and finally around 9:10 AM, hotel staff came to my room and asked me to change it immediately. This is completely unprofessional behavior. The manager was also very rude and lacked basic hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Grand Neelam is a wonderful place to stay vth a pet in Raipur. Very co operative and frndly customer care. It's a fabulous property in Raipur. We had the best of time.

Very pathetic service and staff are unprofessional Rude behaviour. They asked for money of every food item at the time of staying only, couldn’t wait for us to check out. The staff keep disturbing us all the time. Their phone, television were not working properly. And the service was very late.

very very very poor stay

The resort stuff at the main entrance wasn’t welcoming, also he directed me towards gate 3 and i kept roaming and looking in my car but no sign give for gate 3 and even the guard on gate 3 was not opening the gate after repeatedly honking him he did. Also in my lobby when I asked the guy to bring my luggage he said there is no one to take care thus I had to bring my luggages by my own from parking. And also there was an event that day and they played loud music till 12am at night this absolutely illegal and unpleasant and unacceptable

Terrible Stay
Bad hospitality if i had option for 0 i would have rated it 0. From starting only it was pathetic experience ,no one to offer any welcome drink or anything, it was raining outside and we came all the way getting wet the reception staff saw the thing but they also cared about it, at least they would have asked us for a coffee or tea. After providing IDs and all the check-in process there was no one which can guide us to our alloted room no.. The reception staff sent us by saying *you have to take right and then straight then again right & raste me kisi se pooch lena* this kind of hospitality as i mentioned it was raining outside we had to walk all the way to our room (without guidance) that is too 200 metres from the main reception area ,on heavy rain without any umbrella offered to us. Reception staff 0 Hospitality 0 Management 0 Food - didn't ordered Overall - felt like wasting the money.
