The G T Palace

This hotel is a complete scam and a disgrace to the hospitality industry. We booked and paid the full amount in advance through MakeMyTrip, but upon arrival at midnight, the hotel shamelessly denied us entry, leaving us stranded on the highway with my elderly grandfather, who is in fragile health. Specifically this hotel is unsafe for womans. They showed zero responsibility or humanity. It was pitch dark, unsafe, and terrifying. We had nowhere to go, and the hotel staff were rude, unapologetic, and unprofessional. This is not just mismanagement—this is harassment and emotional trauma inflicted on paying customers. Avoid this place at all costs. Shame on the hotel for putting our lives at risk. MakeMyTrip should immediately blacklist such properties.
