Stay at Templecity was comfortable. The location is apt, just on the highway, rooms were spacious and clean. They also have a restaurant, but usually crowded, so room service was welcome and food was good. Thank you MakeMyTrip

first and foremost, hotel complex looks good from outside. I am 72 years old. when I check in they said my room is in second floor. SHOCKING!! after checking in how can I cancel.?? so I stayed. no intercom connection even I need water I have walk two floors. HAD A HORRIBLE DTAY

It was overnight in transit from thanjavur to trivandrum. Easy booking fast checkin checkout. Room was good. Good service. Very good vegetarian restaurant downstairs. No lift but rooms are only in fist floor. So no issue. Very courteous service. Accepts cash and digital payments. On the highway easily noticeable. Free parking. Has a store to buy eatables water sodas and some curios.

Ac not working water geyser not working

The hotel room is good. But parking was a trouble. The receptionist said u please park it inside the parking after the restaurant visitors leave. He insisted not to sleep and park the car inside at 11. 25 pm. I don-no why i will book a room where i cannot sleep even at 12. Property is good but i feel like the management is like a hostel. Also every person were expecting tips. I did not even take any service from them or see their faces during my stay. Very poor.

The hotel is ok for the price. Washroom bucket was broken, tap was broken, no clean towels. They didn't provide free water bottles. No lift service. Food was good in the restaurant and near to highway.

Good for family & available in main road. But during vacating in the morning. Not so much pleasant. Taken too much. Otherwise good.

Good hotel on highway nh4, all things are good including spacious rooms, parking, bathrooms. Only thing could have been better was availability of lift. No electric cattle was available although tea and coffee could be ordered from ground floor restaurant

Stayed in a family suit for a night pros: spacious room, 2 wash rooms - neat and clean, right on the highway for easy access and no city noise cons: linens can be clean, nice air conditioner but little noise

Room maintenance should have been better. Even then it is not worth the price. Not more than 1200 is deserved here

The service is poor, and when we request water, they become irritated and are not prepared to provide it again. The property details mention a tv, but there is no tv in the room. In the dining hall, customers may feel uncomfortable when we ask for food prices and use unwanted words, causing them to question our intentions. There is no menu card also. Complementary gift for room booking, but it was not provided to us due to the booking The price of every dish is very high. The bed sheets were not clean. When we opened the bed sheets it was very dirty and unclean

The hotel nice, standard and value for the money given. The only inconvenience I felt was the tap in the bathroom was a bit cranky. other than that everything was great and the stay was pleasant. Surprisingly the rate when you go through MMT is cheaper
