Taj city hotel

Bad experience ever. No clean maintenance. Not answered properly.

We reached the hotel "taj city hotel" approx 2am, i had called them about my check in time after booking in a hope that we will found a fresh, neat & clean room. But the experience was totally apposite, real rooms are totally opposite from the photos they have uploaded . I don't know on what basis approves these kind of hotels. 1. Room was very small. 2. Bed/bed sheet was dirty. 3. Washroom was to much dirty & was smelling too. 4. No locking system was available on washroom gate from inside. 5. Water supply was not there in wash basin. 6. Shower was not working. 7. Blockage of water in washroom. 8. Most important: hand jet was not working in western toilet set. And only hand jet system was provided. 9. Windows was not available, that was covered by some tin materials. 10. You cant imagine how terrible was this trip just because of this hotel.

Property was located nearby taj mahal, but was terrible from inside. Washrooms were as dirty as public washroom, rooms were smelly. Taps as well the other equipments in the washroom were completely rusted. What a terrible experience it was.

Very bad talking behaviour of hotel owner. High cost price or no refund policy

Room’s very dirty and behavior is not good and toilet. She is very bad smell. I’m not getting hot water.
