Location of the property is very easy to identify and near to railway station by auto. Food also available in hotel and nearby. Hot water not available in the room. Which is the draw back for this accommodation. Accecibility of vehicles to places like puri, konark and sightseeing of bhubaneswar are available nearby

Few rooms need maintenance

Deluxe rooms were good but still below points for maintenance expected. Quilt covers were stained. Some of the room's doors did not have advanced locks, they had typical conventional locks. Chair back rest was broken. Lights were out of order in bathroom. Pillows needed stitching as cottons were spilling out. Anyways, i was provided another room(103) after pointing out above flaws in the earlier provided room (204. And that room was good in all ways. Thanks to their prompt service.

Location of hotel is good. But hotel is old and required renovation. Mattress was in shabby condition. Room size is ok. Located in the market. So everything like food and daily needs. Hotel is near from platform no 1 of bhubaneswar railway station.
