Good room but service needs to be improved

Nice stay. Room quality is good but the service is poor. Restaurant charges is also higher than local restaurants.

Internal infrastructure of the room and facilities like electricity are not OK but the staffs are cooperative.

Lava is a very cold at night and in the morning so we suffered much there for want of room heater. The food provided there was simple but very limited items.
The mattresses were very hard to sleep. According to the deal the room rate is very high from the point of its size and amenities.
