Everything was good except the location. It is located very much inside of the city. You have to go out of the area to get a Auto / Cab.

looks so pretty room but the service in the reception was nither good nor responsible as it was a good stay but i totally unsatisfied with the service and tha formalities for check in process. if you dont do these processes of half hour they wont let you check in and use abusive language. just be careful with the hotel management before reaching otherwise you would not be let in the hotel.

The way the hotel is shown on the app and in general is completely different. The location is far and in a conjugated place.

Support staff behaviour not good. Customer centric mindset missing. We were given a room with boken Faucet

good at this price, location is close to railway station and bus stand...... electricity issues occurred

good clean rooms, ac ,geyser both present... ..nearby shops present for munchies,sweets etc but have to dine a bit farther away from the hotel

Service is very good. Rooms also very good. But issue is that there's in time. We'd came late one night at around 1am but the main gate was locked from inside. We called and also knocked but no one opened. After 10min, a person came from outside having key and opened it.

The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable the staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay

Hotel very narrow roadway there was no security on steert room was on 3rd floor no water is provided every time you have to buy bottle from them they don't even have a water cooler or any facility for water staircises was very scary and hard to cover till 3rd floor by senior citizens there was no hygiene at all

It is located at the worst location. There was mo staff when we arrived. They can deny your booking even though you have the voucher, booking number etc. And it is bit unsafe to stay. I would suggest to pay more and find a better stay rather than hosing this options
