Suhana Beula Heritage Resort

Worst place to have a stay in firstly it is very inside in jungle to come out from that and explore places is take an hour. Then they don’t provide food so we have to online order on swiggy where delivery partner straight 2-3 hour to reach when order ended up getting cancelled. Thirdly there was no lights the electric connection was loose that lights were dam so ac and fan was also not working and as long weekend rooms were full. We had to spent night with no sleep and no fan n ac, to charge a phone we had to go in cafe and charge the phones. Overall really bad experience.

I faced lot of issue with this homestay

It's a wonderful stay, the route to the hotel will be mud road, but the stay was awesome, such a quite place with wonderful surroundings, if you want to spend sometime peacefully you can take this stay for sure. Rooms are spacious, even though there are some minor defects that won't be a big issues because the place was awesome.

There is no swimming pool, no restaurant services, and it's not like a resort experience not satisfied as the experience.

No mobile range, difficult to locate

Struggled to reach the property, the route was through forest area and it was a mess due to heavy rain.

I stayed two days in this resort, there is no words to explain my happiness. I refer this place for couples. Pool is properly maintained by the staff.

It's really terrible that they mentioned two different places within same address. Overall we were locked somewhere in the forest.

The location and property ambiance were very nice and peaceful. The staff was helpful and attentive. Their services and hospitality were fine. The room was clean and spacious enough. The property was Worth for money. The swimming pool was chargeable. Otherwise, all things were good and I will recommend the property to others.

Located in a very isolated area, very hard to get food. Have to travel 5 km to get to the main road. Had a really tough time.

Reaching the property was a bit difficult, but the location was great. The room was nice and comfortable. I got all the basic facilities that I needed. The room was neat and clean. I really enjoyed staying in that property.

Reaching the property was quite easy and the surrounding is also very nice. The property is very well maintained and clean. The rooms were spacious and nicely taken care of. The staff behaviour was also nice. The food quality was not that great.

No maintenance no cleanliness no furniture in room like teapot table chair etc. Only the things like cot and dressing table with mirror and cupboard. It was very far from the city. No street lights in the road. No safety while you are travelling at night to reach the resort. The owner was not there only the servants he didn't care he didn't do anything, but he asked for extra money I ordered lunch in swiggy he collected from the gate it gaved me for that he bought. Our check out time is next day 11 am we requested him for extra time till 8pm on that same day. He and his owner if he asked half of the amount from the amount we would give. We paid total amount. Smelly rest room. Dirty rooms. They didn't provide a soap only water bottles towels. Seriously not worth the money and very far.

It was a memorable family trip for us. The property was very beautiful and well maintained. The location was good. The rooms were comfortable. The food was delicious. The caretaker was very helpful. It was a wonderful stay over there. It must be recommended to others.
