Le Sparrow is truly one of the best hotels in Auroville. Surrounded by lush greenery and a peaceful natural setting, it offers the perfect escape from the noise of the city. Whether you're visiting as a family, couple, or solo traveler, the experience here is both refreshing and memorable. The ambience is serene, with nature all around and thoughtfully designed spaces that promote relaxation. One of the highlights is the bonfire area—ideal for spending cozy evenings under the stars. Our family stay at Le Sparrow was exceptional. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and tastefully furnished. The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout our visit. If you’re looking to unwind and connect with nature in Auroville, Le Sparrow is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!

Disappointing Stay

I booked this hotel for seven nights based on the appealing photos and listed amenities. The property is poorly maintained, with mold on the ceiling and walls. Despite claiming to have a restaurant, there was none. The WiFi was extremely weak and frequently disconnected, and the hot water ran out quickly. The worst part was the noise. A group of guests played loud music on a speaker and shouted for hours in the evening. I repeatedly asked the manager to address the issue, but they failed to control it for over four hours. The noise continued past midnight, making it impossible to sleep. I wanted to leave that night but couldn’t find transportation, so I had to endure one terrible night before checking out early next day. This was a huge disappointment, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dear Guest, We kindly request that you refrain from making false allegations. Our guests are like family to us, and we always strive to provide the best possible service. As you know, we were the ones who arranged your taxi service and coordinated your entire travel. We provided full service, including purchasing everything you requested, such as fruits, etc. Regarding the noise issue, it came from outside the hotel. We had a family with kids chatting in our restaurant. Despite our request to close the window, you chose to keep it open. Nevertheless, we personally addressed the matter by speaking to the individuals responsible, and they left. From the very beginning, you expressed a desire to change hotels and repeatedly raised complaints. However, we remained committed to providing you with the best service. We assisted you until midnight, and the WiFi signal was strong. Since your phone did not support the connection properly, we even agreed to install a new booster the next day specifically for you. Despite our efforts, you booked another hotel with the help of the driver and claimed that you did not stay even a single hour in our hotel. However, we have provided proofs.
