Dear Ricky First, I would suggest you to please understand the difference between homestay and a hotel. While booking homestays you can't expect the kind of rooms hotels have. It's a very aesthetically designed villa having a traditional architecture and we get complements for the same. I hope you read the description before booking. I personally briefed you and your wife regarding the type of rooms we have and shared the pictures as well. You should have cancelled the booking if it was not as per your requirement. Many of our guests prefer this room over others due to its aesthetics. We arrange home-cooked fresh food at our place, and we do have restaurants, a café nearby and we do arrange food from there. You told us that you will have food outside. You asked me about nearby place of excursion and same was suggested to you. We never had any complaints regarding meals as we always try to offer more than commitment. Heaters are placed in all rooms and do have backup available at the property. Our complementary offering of chocolates to kids and cookies with Tea /coffee to our guests is a matter of appreciation. Instead of appreciating such gestures you were shouting at the caretaker and demanding one full pack of biscuits for each person and other stuff. Despite of misbehavior, our caretaker kept serving you respectfully. He kept serving you dinner till late at night by 12 PM. which we normally don’t. We offer complementary food and stay to children under 5 years. Initially your wife told me that 2 kids are 6 -7 years, and one is 7 -8. And while making payments your wife said that they are below 5 and we still didn’t question and didn’t charge for them. Just to pay a little less creating ruckus and threatening of posting negative reviews is not required. As per your wife everything was good till the time you demanded complimentary packets of biscuits for each one (i.e. 9 people 9 packets) and you lost your cool. Our villa is made with love, and we appreciate having guests who enjoy love, peace, nature, and positivity and are polite with the people who are serving them. We are very flexible in our approach and always go extra mile to make guest have a pleasant stay and that’s why we have many repeated guests not only from India but outside India.
