While the kitchen is not accessible to guests,  it has crockery for 15 guests, water purifier and refrigerator. 

There is a caretaker at the property who offers daily housekeeping service. For other small errands, guests have to provide a nominal charge to him. 

Board games, bonfire and barbecue are available. 

The common living area and the kitchen can be used for accommodating the guests' drivers.
