Reaching the property was a bit difficult, it was far from the main Road. The room was average. I did not get all the basic facilities that I needed. I did not like the property.

A tent based property with average facilities

The property is located in an isolated place where facilities were limited. There was a lack of activities. Average quality food has been offered. If there is no other option, one can book this property. The manager is very courteous. In terms of price, the property is not so worthy. The place was so clean.

Worthless for paying money

Bad staying experience at the property with my group of friends. The property didn't provide us the room that we've booked due to miscommunication. The cleanliness should have improved. The service staff was missing. The food was not that good and we got the same food for dinner and breakfast.

Dear guest, thanks for the review. I have seen that you have raised the security concern. I just want to clarify that the Tents are fenced from everywhere and there is a night security also who takes care of the entire area. Since this is a desert area and Tents are primary setup, there are no compound walls.

Useless hotel

The tents are way below average. It was clean but the furniture was cheap. The toilet seat was broken. Food quality was below average. We had to leave at 8:30 the next morning but couldn't get tea till 8 am. And we left without taking shower because there was no hot water. When we were leaving they had just started the boiler for hot water. And the check out time is 10 am. I think it was all inclusive and we had paid everything upfront, that's why they really didn't care. The staff was not friendly at all. We paid almost 7000 for one night for one tent and I think it is a complete rip off. I do not recommend this hotel if you are visiting Rann of Kutch.

Dear sir, we are really sorry for the inconvenience faced by you. We have investigated your complaint with the on-ground staff. However, we try to provide the best of the services to our guests, sometimes the sudden breakdown of important equipments affect the quality of entire stay. Since this is a desert area, breakdown of even a small thing takes at least 24 hours to get rectified. In case you plan to visit the Rann of Kutch again, we would like to compensate you for the previous issues faced and provide you with the experience that we provide.

Dear guest, we are not away from the center of the Rann. Instead, this is one of the closest properties to the Rann Utsav. The description on our website and the company says that we are 3 km before Rann Utsav. Our stay offers the closeness to the Rann festival as well as silence of the desert. As for the food, we provide authentic Kutchi food only in dinner but we are also open to the suggestions and special food requirements if intimidated before arrival. We send all these things in our voucher.
