It’s not villa buts just flat type and mosquito is issue. It’s new place so finding issue. It’s villa without pool so not up to cost

coupleAs we enter at property by 1 pm afternoon the lady there at reception she wont allow at property before 2 pm check inn time even we was saying that room is not required but at least allow us at premises for one hour want to drop bags at counter but reception lady was not able to listen she was very arrogant and egoistic she mean they'll attend geust and recpect guest only after 2 pm check inn before 2 pm we are not guest she wont listen us

Excellent Stay

Loved the stay. It was very cozy, and cute. Chandu (the caretaker) was sweet and ready to help at anytime of the day or night. Will definitely recommend to friends and family !

Very bad experience

familyI booked a hotel with a check-in time stated as 2 pm, but hidden in the fine print, it was extended to 9 pm. We arrived from shirdi late and were denied check-in. The alternative property offered was subpar, with just a 1 bhk for two families. This experience was very disappointing.

Dear Mr. Sinhmar, Thank you for your feedback. Although our check-in time is from 2 PM to 9 PM, we made an exception and waited until 10 PM for your arrival. Unfortunately, we did not receive a check-in from you by that time, and as a result, we offered you an alternative accommodation a complete 1BHK with a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and garden area, which was an upgrade from our usual offerings. We understand that this may not have been what you expected, and we truly regret any inconvenience caused. soloIt was incredible staying at the shrof house. Eefa was like a guardian angel and rocco’s little appearances were very welcome! i stayed for 2 nights and spent the entirety of it in the room because of how dreamy it got when it was raining which was the entire time. The bathroom was very clean and spacious, the bed comfy and eefa even got me a thick warm blanket when i asked. The couch setup with the tv was ideal with the windows opening into the garden and all in all an amazing place to take a breather. I was travel-ling to bombay from pune and decided to take a stop because i get really terrible motion sickness and it was one of the best decisions i’ve made! i will definitely be recommending the place to other people and coming back myself!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort, and it was an incredible experience. The atmosphere was calm, cool, and extremely romantic, especially with the rainy days enhancing the lush greenery surrounding the open glass house. The entire setting was just perfect. The rooms were spacious and beautifully painted in white, which added to the serene ambiance. However, the one area for improvement would be the hot water flow in the shower. Given the cool, rainy weather, a hot shower was needed, but the water flow was disappointingly low. Another suggestion would be to have an in-house kitchen. It would be wonderful to enjoy fresh, hot food without needing to go elsewhere. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and i highly recommend this resort for a peaceful and romantic getaway.
